Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a product or ordered the wrong part, we will accept the return under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense
  • A 50% restocking fee applies

Defective Items

All our products come with a minimum 3-month warranty. If you receive a defective item, we will provide a full refund once the product is returned. We’ll also cover the shipping costs for any defective item returns. Defective items do not include incorrect application, incorrect installation by customer, incorrect use by customer

Returns & Exchanges

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Products must be in new condition
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be returned via mail, and customers are responsible for return shipping
  • 50%  restocking fees apply
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item
